For outdated or inaccurate content, include the page URL, the exact text or section involved, the date you observed it, and any useful supporting context. If the issue relates to App Store data, app name, storefront region, and link details are especially helpful.

For tool issues, the most useful report usually contains reproduction steps, browser and device details, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot is very helpful when the problem involves layout, language switching, mobile display, or a broken result state.
