Confirm the purchase record
Start from the Apple purchase history page or the receipt email. Record the app name, order date, amount, Apple ID used, and whether the charge was a one-time purchase or a subscription renewal.

Write down the reason clearly
A short, specific explanation is more useful than a long complaint. Mention whether the app did not work, the purchase was accidental, the content was unavailable, or a child made the purchase without approval.

Understand refund limits
A refund request is reviewed by Apple and is not guaranteed. Repeated refund requests, old purchases, or purchases that were already consumed may be harder to approve.

退款申请由 Apple 审核,并不是一定会通过。频繁申请、时间较久的订单,或已经充分使用的内容,通常更难获得批准。
Keep subscriptions separate
Requesting a refund does not always cancel the subscription. If the charge came from a subscription, check the subscription settings separately so the next renewal does not happen unexpectedly.
区分退款和订阅取消
申请退款不一定等于取消订阅。如果费用来自订阅,还需要单独检查订阅设置,避免下一次续费继续发生。
